Steam Trade Beta update

I just noticed steam has a beta update called "steam trade update". Is this what it sounds like? If so, sweet

Edit: I don't see anything different yet. Maybe they are getting ready to release it any day now?

i'd go for that, a couple bucks a swap and I get rid of things I never play and can get some games i actually will play.

it also applies to extra copies of a game (ie mistaken multi purchase). so with a gift you used to have to give it away for free, now you can use it to get another game you want.
