I've had a MSI 770-C35 MoBo for about a yr and sometimes (very occasionally) when I shutdown, the computer makes a sound like it's crashing. I've used 2 different cpu's, 2 different psu's, 3 different video cards and have up-dated every bios it has had to no avail. It happens when overclocked and at stock. I've tested it with Prime and Memtest and both of them ran without issue. The problem computer is rig 3 below.
Is it the motherboard and what should I do?
