So as the title state..my friend have the issue with the card.It worked for years no problem and after last windos update he got game freeze several times and pc crash..after that he was not able to boot into windows.
i came to help him thinking it might be something wrong with windows installation,we reinstall windows and it boot .. but resolution on monitor was wrong..and after few min we got black screen and couldnt boot into windows again(i belive it was the moment when windows tried to install gpu driver) after that i took gpu from his PC and went home with GPU to try in my own. same shit, boot into windows with wrong resoluiton for few min then black screen and cant do nothing more!At that moment i was thinking it could be the bios got corupted during his windows update. So i found tutorial how to flash bios with nv flash.
As you could gues by now it didnt work(otherwise i wouldnt be here)!
So googleing this out i got impresion that GPU might have hardware issue,to be precise with power delivery. As i have seen lots of error 43 conected with wrong pcie power cables,in our case the cables are ok but what im thinking is it could be the board that have issue with power.
So anyone had similar issues?Or know someone who did? Know how to resolve?
Anyway thnx for reading and thanks for help in advance.. cheers

Sounds like a fluke, replace the card.

Fluke? what does that mean?
Anyway i also did open card after that to see if there are any visible damages on the board and i look closely for very long time.Didnt see nothing wrong.
one more thing maybe to add while the card is on black screen for few minutes it get very hot and fans are not spining.
