The UI of the FIVR window is too big because I use 150% display scale, I have to hide the taskbar to select the buttons. The UI of other windows like Option, TPL, C state,... work normally because they are not too big. If I return to 125% display scale, it works normally, but I want 150% to use for all applications in the operating system because of personal preference.

There are no plans to ever make any UI changes to ThrottleStop so the FIVR window fits the screen better when you are using a 150% scaling factor. If the FIVR window is too big for your screen size, left mouse click on any open area of the user interface, hold the left mouse button down, and you can drag the user interface up or down or sideways. This will let you access any part of the UI. The entire user interface works the same as if you were clicking on the title bar to move ThrottleStop.

There is no need to do that. Just move the FIVR user interface until you can see the buttons at the bottom of the FIVR window. I wish more software had this useful feature.

omg i am so stupid. All this time i ALWAYS drag the white bar on the top of the window so it cant exceed the top of the display

That is one of those hidden features. You can drag all of the windows around the same way. You can also turn off the ugly title bar. You do not need a separate title bar if the whole application is one big title bar.
