Hello, My settings were reset after I formatted the computer. I was having the same problem before, I solved it somehow, I don't remember how I solved it. It comes only when I unplug the charging cable this EDP OTHER. I did a bench test, no problem. I made the ICC max 255, still it did not improve. Thanks

ThrottleStop does not work correctly in Windows 11 unless you disable Virtualization Based Security.

After you do that, delete the ThrottleStop.INI file, reboot and try again.

i did. When I turn off the turbo it doesn't give an error. For example, if we pull the cable at 3.00 Ghz, it gives edp other.

Did you follow the guide? The link is in my signature. If you did follow that guide, look in your BIOS for any virtualization options that are still enabled. It might be called VT-x or something similar. That has to be disabled.

The FIVR window is not reporting the default turbo ratios correctly.
The values in the Voltage column in the monitoring table do not look right.
There is also a missing label in the middle of the Name column.
All of these are signs that ThrottleStop is being prevented from reading registers within your CPU correctly because virtualization is still enabled.

I had a second look at the log file you originally posted. EDP only shows up for 1 second. This is likely a feature of your laptop. It appears to be lowering one of the current limits during the transition from AC to battery power. This is likely intentional to protect your battery. If you are trying to prevent that from happening, you would be best off to leave it as is.

I just noticed that the Memory DDR speed is being reported too high and the mV Boost @ 4500 MHz is wrong too. That shows 800 MHz on my 10th Gen CPU. More signs that virtualization is enabled.

Run System Information (msinfo) and see what it shows for Virtualization based security.

this is how they are new. It wasn't like this in the past. This confuses me, but as you said, it is already protecting the 1-second limit indicator.
