for instance, while playing lol , pc stops for a second, then goes on. in that second, fps drops by 20 fps and sound gets broken

Post an image and not a link pls
i can not open minidump file.

Why would you use that PSU with that system?

Are you implying the PSU as a budget unit has some issues? It is a CWT based PSU simple and should do the job.

No, it's not necessarily the issue, but when my rig is specced like that I'd start caring more about what's powering my system. I don't like its transient response and 12V ripple under load. Never even heard of XPG PSUs...

It's recommended to me low-price performance psu
I think because a few here (me included) hadn't heard of your PSU we probably thought it was one of those from the junk list.
On the contrary. It had a medium rating on other renowned tech sites. Personally I don't see an issue but you can't rule out that might be the problem.
Anyway. If your rig is overclocked put everything back to stock levels in the bios and take it from there.

Posting an image of your minidump would help :)

Does it falter (as here) or shutdown (as the title)?

Does the 'System suddenly shutdown' (title) or does the 'PC stop for a second' (post #4)
