TAT Error

I installed the Intel Thermal Analysis Tool and when I execute it I get this popup error:
"Error enumerating On Demand Clock Modulation support.
Terminating Tool" with an "OK" button.

Anyone seen this before?..How do I trouble shoot this?

Thanks for any help

Mobo is MSI 975X Powerup Edition Rev 2.1

After researching other forums I see I'am not the only one with this issue but nobody seems to have solved it...if it's at all solvable!..

Thanks!

I have the same error message with a new abit AB9 Pro (965 express chipset) & C2D e6600 under construction.

I might beleive issues with ATI or Nvidia based motherboards, but even with their own chipset?

I could not find this software on the Intel site. Could we be using out of date version? I acquired my copy from the TPU forums here.

BUMP....I know this thread is older...but just put a system together myself and I am getting the same error as the OP.

First off I have to agree here that this TAT should run well on a 975x chipset, but who really knows.

Has there been some sort of update or workaround I am unable to find?
