With this 1.2V JEDEC modules you dont have to tweak to get the 3200MT/s. Check forum how many people has problem with those 1.35V CL14/16 memory and just to run the kit they have to run at 2133/2400 MTs.

No, I am telling that for most people 1.2V JEDEC kit better choice than 1.35V 3200/3600 kit. Those JEDEC kit will work 3200 on supported platform out of the box, compare to those 1.35V kit.

For something that's named after the the God Zeus I would have expected way better specs I hope the dingdong who thought this was a good idea gets a sample of Zeus's displeasure right in their child maker parts
