I soaked RAM for one-hour in the Turpentine, and the heatshields basically fell off when I removed them, diden't actually need the tools.
Then I washed, rinsed with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol to remove turpentine, any glue residue. Going to leave them out in the sun for awhile, will wait 24-hours to test.
The Xtreem heatshields inter-lock with tabs, and pins, along with the adhesive,.. very well made, thermo pad on the PMIC.
