Shouldn't it be something like this to get the theoretical bandwidth?

(1/8*128*7000x10^6)/1024^3 = 104.3 GB/s
 
I usually check techpowerup before anything else, nothing wrong with that.

I do that too but if I find conflicting information I go to the manufacture's site before going through the trouble of making a forum post.

Yea its all good. Going to buy it in a few days. I would buy the 8GB Radeon 5100 WX, but I'm on a budget and i just wanted another workstation GPU that's way better than my fire pro v4800. 5100 wx is too expensive, so the 3100 is a good choice imo over the v4800
