Benchmark Scores | bench...mark? i do leave mark on bench sometime, to remember which one is the most comfortable. :o |
actually it only confirmed my thought on it ... it's not money for nothing it's just too expensive for what it does (plus now that Nvidia selectively support Freesync ... which kinda make G-Sync weird)This is a must-see video for every geek here. Especially for the ones that think G-Sync certification is "money for nothing"
I did watched this yesterday and it should be veiwed atleast once to shake some brains out. Not every monitor unit gets certified and then its a very lengthy process just to make it clear it has been validated properly. And if its HDR10 lol more hours to go through.
Personally i use to think before its all bullshit just for branding that people would buy knowing its g-sync but its after math made a serious calculation of hours. Each unit is check and accessed thoroughly. If i own an monitor brand it would have been a pain for me to send all my units to nvidia and then wait a long while just to get them certified and then assembled. Ofcorse there is a price for everything in the market whether on consumer side or the manufacturing side.
They are only certifying one panel sent in by the Product manufacturer not every single one.
Sure ? I thought each and every unit is sent so that it is being checked by nvidia and then sent back with a certification.

Nope, they test hardware for certification and they keep it for future testing. Once the hardware is certified, they can use G-Sync branding on the models that ship with it.Sure ? I thought each and every unit is sent so that it is being checked by nvidia and then sent back with a certification.
Venezuela ???Even for one unit per model, can mean a lot of hours. And nvidia doesn't do this just for fun, they are a business, they need to make a profit on this too.
Only Venezuela doesn't believe in profit![]()
Venezuela ???
There are some kids here that balk at every hint that a company needs to sell something for profit. They think that everything they want should be free or at the most, sold at cost.
That line was for them.
