Tetris beaten by human player for first time

original Nintendo version
I see these words all over the news, and I blame Nintendo's aggressivity.

The original version, at least the one that became widely known over the world, runs on MS-DOS. It also requires a historical PC, or else it runs too fast.

It was my understanding this other person did win too because they did get the game to crash as well.

I expect this one will be declared valid as well. What I meant was two people within a few days implies a rather healthy amount of current interest.

Was there an original Nintendo version? Yes
Were there further Nintendo versions? Again yes.
Were there massive sales of the MS-DOS version? Not a chance.
Were Nintendo responsible for the games popularity? Absolutely.
