very true about the difference thing. If we didnt have the transistor we would still be using Difference Machines.

IMO The integrated circuit is still more relevant to the modern technology
(even if they use transistors)

imo the most important hardware of my builds are the PSU. I look at it as the foundation of a rig and the only part to never skimp on no matter how tight the budget.

It's also the only component that can single handedly destroy just about any component inside of your machine in case there is a problem. It can also cause instability for just about every component when something isn't working right either. Having a good PSU literally eliminates a huge portion of the headaches people can have with a computer.
