There are 8-pin in, 12VHPWR out adapters, but what about the other way around?

Curious if this exists. Basically, I've got a very tight case and being able to run the single 12VHPWR instead of 3 8 pin PCIe would really help clean things up and make working on it easier.

Like this, but with a 12VHPVR input and 3x8 pin PCIe output. The shorter the wire, the better - just molded plastic would be great, but I'd be worried the spacing on the 8 pin outputs might be off.

Any help appreciated, but I'm not expecting much here. Short of aesthetics there's little point, and my use case is very niche.

Edit:
After some extended search, I'm only finding 1x Female +12VHPWR to 2x Male 8-pin as the only retrofit option.
You may have to DIY the cable you want, or run 2x +12VHPR(+adapters) or, a single +12VHPWR and a single 6+2/8-Pin lead.

Edit 2:
Found similar adapter, but from a US eTailer.
ATX 3.0 PCIe 5.0 600W 12VHPWR 16 Pin to Dual 8 Pin PCIE Adapter Cable

Considering most-all their cables are custom jobbies, I'd probably contact moddiy. I'd bet they'd be happy to make and sell the exact cable you're looking for.
(Guesstimating $20-35 ea. based off similar assemblies' pricing)
