motherboard hp elitedesk 900 G1

gtx 1050 ti 4gb DDR5
i7 4770

Look here with HP, they speak about this same problem.

If SMART reports "imminent failure", you need to replace the disk-drive.
The symptoms you report are characteristic of a failing disk-drive.
In my experience, if a drive fails the S.M.A.R.T. tests - it's on it's way out, or at the very least, more likely to fail soon.
Copy all your personal files onto an external disk-drive, while you still can.

After copy everything you could try to Secure Erase the SSD and reinstall the OS. If that fails it's time for a new SSD.

No a dying SSD you can't fix... You only can copy your data and replace ASAP with a new SSD before you loose data. As said after copy you can try to Secure Erase it and see if it still works.

But don't try to fix it now with programs, first copy all of your data while you still can!!! After that you can try to repair it beginning with a Secure Erase of that drive.

i dont mind my data getting lost i just wondered if i can fix the ssd if i can thanks for the information

Well Secure Erase brings your SSD to the sate as new if still possible. If still errors and not working, it's official dead...
If the silicon is failing, there's not much to repair...
