ThermalTake Toughpower 700W

I am wondering if this is a good PSU. It is so much cheaper than others and the fan noise is not bad, the efficiency is not bad either. Does anyone have this?
I need a PSU for my current pc specs. It is currently not running as I need an adequate PSU.
Any advice or suggestions?

I have the TK Toughpower 700 in my other rig and it's been solid for a long time. No issues.

Yup, have it too (well actually the 750W edition), running since like a year pretty much 24/7, solid PSU. I also have another one, a RX2 550W, very good as well. I think its safe to say you can trust TT when it comes to PSUs
