Btw, do you also have a problem with the metal mouse wheel oxidizing on Proteus Spectrum? Looks like the thin protective layer of metal (didn't look like chrome) worn off and then the metal wheel just started eroding from sweat from the hand, ended up looking like it's all dirty and nasty, but in reality, it was just oxidized metal (even after washing it and scuffing it hard with a brush didn't remove anything). Either my wheel was badly made or I have a corrosive sweat lol.

Not seeing that (yet), but let's give it one summer :)

The RGB is already annoying me lol. Also, why the hell I can't adjust brightness of the logo and DPI when not using any effects like color cycling or breathing. That's a bit retarded. I don't want it blinking, but I also don't want it this bright because it's distracting. So, now I have to turn it all off. Ugh. Gotta bug Logitech about it again...

Huh? I can. My effects below are also Off.

Use the greyscale slider! I've got a very pleasant, non-distracting white at low intensity, just like my WASD on the keyboard :)

Ok, that's a bit awkward way of adjusting brightness since the actual brightness slider is on the right. But yeah, it does work. Thx for this.

Nah, this is how RGB colors work in all applications, ever since what, Windows 95 or something :D The sliders on the right are merely for the special effects. RGB LED is literally just the scheme you see below combined with a light source. These color codes are fed directly to the strip.

BTW, did you discover the 'Sniper button'yet? Not sure if the Core already had this, but boy do I enjoy that on the fly DPI switch. I really hope this mouse is here to stay. Every day, I'm like: yes. This feels nice. And not even using half its functionality lol

I know RGB works that way, it's just confusing having Brightness slider in GUI that doesn't do what you expect it to do. Instead you're expected to adjust brightness there. And brigtness in terms of glow, not color tone. Which is another slider in RGB wheel popup.

The sniper key was already on Core, but I never used it because I hold my mouse at an angle and my thumb doesn't even reach it. I'm weird, I know. XD
