As we're about to enter the last week of September, we have another somewhat slow week of new releases, that is unless you're a football fan, the kind with a round ball, not the oblong pig bladder kind. That said, if you're into trains, house building, hunting relics or ever wanted to know what it's like to jump between worlds, there might be something for you this week as well.

EA Sports FC 24 / This week's AAA title / Thursday 28 September
EA Sports FC 24 welcomes you to The World's Game: the most true-to-football experience ever with HyperMotionV, PlayStyles optimised by Opta, and an enhanced Frostbite. Join us in building the future of football on a foundation of innovation and authenticity with more than 19,000 fully licensed players, 700 teams, and 30 leagues.

Relic Hunters Legend / Monday 25 September
Fast. Fluid. Fun. Gather up to 3 friends, gear up, and save the Galaxy from a terrible villain who has stolen the past in this exciting online looter-shooter Action RPG!

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty / This week's DLC / Tuesday 26 September
Phantom Liberty is a new spy-thriller adventure for Cyberpunk 2077. Return as cyber-enhanced mercenary V and embark on a high-stakes mission of espionage and intrigue to save the NUS President. In the dangerous district of Dogtown, you must forge alliances within a web of shattered loyalties and sinister political machinations. Do you have what it takes to survive? Check out our Graphics & Performance Review

Hometopia / Wednesday 27 September
Build better, together. Hometopia is a seriously satisfying co-op building simulation game that turns players into designers and developers of the best-looking homes in the virtual world.

Fate/Samurai Remnant / Thursday 28 September
The battle over the Waxing Moon which could grant any and all wishes—the Waxing Moon Ritual. The seven individuals seeking their wish, or Masters, are the bearers of the Ritual. The seven Heroic Spirits, or Servants, are summoned to this world by their Masters. The curtain rises on the battle between the seven Masters with their seven Servants.

Cocoon / Friday 29 September
From Jeppe Carlsen, the lead gameplay designer of Limbo and Inside—Cocoon takes you on an adventure across worlds within worlds. Master world-leaping mechanics and solve intricate puzzles to unravel a cosmic mystery.

Will Tia Carrere appear in Relic Hunters? Remember that show?

Anyway, Cocoon looks seriously interesting.

Hummm, nothing this week ...
But maybe, Cyberpunk DLC in 3-4 years on schedule :)

Sports games and EA specifically and f**k off and do one, quite frankly. These are nothing more then attempts to milk stupid users dry with the contsant B$ that is the current sports season.

Just a heads up for those looking to get the new Cyberpunk expansion. CDPoject Red is pulling shenanigans again with the release and requiring all reviewers who received early access to the game sign an NDA requiring them to only use CDProject provided B-Roll. I want the expansion to be good but it's things like this that set off huge red flags.

GamersNexus wont be.

Ya I am not a fan of CD Projekt. If I decide to check out this DLC it'll be a high seas copy.
