"Personal use only" is very, very specific.
Personally I don't care I bought a giftable copy but if I buy keys I do with them what I want regardless of what they say. If it really was meant to be ONLY personal use they would bind them to YOUR account. No reason for you to make a slight fuss over nothing Ford. Not trying to turn this into an issue just how I feel about it.
No harm meant.
Also calling it theft would be inaccurate as nothing that is code can be "stolen" there was a court decision on that exact wording. No one loses anything, the money is still paid there is nothing legally wrong with it.
