ThrottleStop 9.5: Incorrect table sizes

I updated the program to a new version and ran into some problems: incorrect table offset, the text does not fit.

How can fix this problem?

This bug is still relevant. The screen scale is set to 125%.

I found the bug and it should be fixed in TS 9.5.1.

I always use 100% scaling so I missed this bug.
