throttlestop and intel hd clock control?

so i've been using throttlestop for a while but i'm still in the looks of controlling my intel graphics cards clocks

intel xtu can do this.. why cant throttlestop?

as far as i know no other software allows me to do this.

what are my options now? just install both throttlestop and intel xtu?

my intel hd 4400 can benefit from a slight underclock in clocks to perform a higher undervolt

The programmers of Intel XTU have full access to all of the Intel documentation. The programmer of ThrottleStop does not. If overclocking your Intel GPU is important to you then you will need to continue using Intel XTU.

no other software allows me to do this

Intel is a monopoly. They hide their full documentation, especially from individual programmers. That is why good freeware apps with GPU overclocking abilities are hard to find.
