ThrottleStop automatically turning off cores when game starts?

Hello, I have been using ThrottleStop for a while now, and I have been able to get decent performance at 90-95 degrees for valorant, I recently noticed that before I start the game there are 12 different threads in the main menu of throttlestop but as soon as the game starts it changes to only 3.

My CPU is an i7-9750H and my laptop model is from the HP Pavillion Gaming 15-dk series.

Here are my settings for throttlestop :

Now as soon as I start the game :

Apart from throttlestop, I also use MemReduct, ProcessLasso, and Razer cortex. I have also attached the log file that was generated while running the game. Please let me know if this is only a visual glitch or if it is really turning off the cores, if it is the latter, how can I fix it?

Some game boosting software running on your computer is doing this. It limits ThrottleStop so it cannot access and read data from all of your CPU cores. Maybe Razer Cortex is doing this. It is not a ThrottleStop issue. ThrottleStop is just telling it like it is.

You also need to clean your laptop and improve the cooling.

You were right, when I disabled Razer Cortex and started the game all the threads were running and surprisingly my laptop's temperature never crossed 85 degrees. There was also no effect on the performance.

Thanks for testing and confirming that Razer Cortex was doing this. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing to be doing. Maybe it does boost FPS or maybe it is just the latest snake oil.
