While I was gaming today I opened Throttlestop and saw this? I dont ever remember seeing just one of the columns being that high? Is this a Throttlestop bug or something I can do to fix this?

Throttlestop bug
Are you talking about the high C0% on one thread? Not a bug. Something is running on your computer on that thread. Check the Task Manager Details tab. Find out what it is.

I just looked and couldnt find anything out of the ordinary. the temps have been fine. Does it really matter a thread is overloaded like that?

I still dont see anything out of the norm in Task Manager. (heroes is the game im playing but i've never seen it use that much of a thread before) Am I just blind and not seeing something? I scan regularly for viruses but will do that again. As far as a miner, I don't even know how to check for that

If your game is running then it is your game. I thought your computer was idle.

You can get slightly better performance if a task is not constantly switching from core to core.

You definitely do not need a 6 core CPU for that game. It is very single threaded.

It's only happening when I have the game running yes. I was just curious about it because I've never seen it take up that much of a single thread before. the usage is usually spread out. Thanks for the help though
