ThrottleStop Unknown Error

Good day...!!
Could you please help me how to resolve this error?
Please see picture in the attachment.
I think it is happened after I do a full scan from M*Af** antivirus.

it used to be works very well, except unable to do undervolt..

This is the first time I have seen this problem. Not sure what is causing the problem or how to solve it.

If McAfee has a safe file list, try adding ThrottleStop.exe to it.

Maybe you have to decide what is more important. ThrottleStop or McAfee. I know what I would pick.

Also try running TS as Admin. I will post here if someone else is having this problem.
