Hello,
I have this throttling problem while playing games with and HP Omen-16
-i5-11400h
-rtx 3060 6gb
-32gb ram
-Windows 10 with latest drivers.
-undervolt core and cache -0.85 and cores lock to 3.7GHz. All other TS options are in default.

I'll attach TS pics and the recent log that I have.
While the Throttle is on my fps goes to 0-1 and everything goes slow and with a robotic sound. Last between 30-60 seconds.

What are your GPU temps when the throttling occurs?

Also I wish people would stop buying laptops for gaming, they all suck when it comes to heat.

Between 70-80º, checked in elden ring and it was at 78º.
And sadly in my country building a pc cost more than a gaming laptop, even second hand old desktop cost more than a brand new gaming laptop with even less performance, my laptop cost me 400 usd and building a pc with the same performance would cost like 750+ usd

You have a BD PROCHOT throttling problem. Try clearing the BD PROCHOT box on the main screen of ThrottleStop.

Once you get this problem fixed, you can probably increase the turbo ratios. I would set the turbo ratios to 40. I would also check the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window to prevent this from causing any power limit throttling.

Unchecked BD PROCHOT and locked MMIO, will update if something change, thanks !

Run another log file to see if this solves the problem. Fixing one problem can sometimes cause a different problem.

Instant BSoD after uncheking bd prochot and locked mmio, sadly windows dump file didn't save it, also there is a sound now, like a beep.

Clearing either of those boxes should not cause a BSOD. Set your voltages back to default values. That is likely what caused the BSOD. Most similar CPUs are not 100% stable at -85 mV.

After a reboot there was a beep and it was freezing, now I rebooted again and unchecked MMIO and the beep and sttuter disappear.
I been using the -85 since 3 months and it was very stable, I will lock MMIO again and return undervolt to 0

Usually checking the MMIO Lock box does not cause a problem for most users. If it causes a problem on your computer then do not do this.

Only change one thing at a time when troubleshooting.

So I locked MMIO and return values to 0, works fine, but my cpu now reach 98º

Now you know MMIO was not causing a problem. Now you can work on setting your voltages again. Start at -50 mV and see if that is stable. Most CPUs are stable here. Try -60 mV or -70 mV after that. Spend a day or two at -50 mV first.

Will try it, thanks !
