Thunderbolt 3 problem

I got my acer spin 3 with i7 10th gen and 8gb ram and it has thunderbolt 3 I have my amd egpu as roc rx 5700 xt connected to adt link r43sg-tb3 and external power supply
When i use benchmark the gpu works well but when i open games like gta v it gets to 5fps
Any idea how to fix that
