Today, 2K and Gearbox Software announced that Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, an all-new, fantasy-fueled looter shooter game from the unpredictable mind of Tiny Tina, is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via the Epic Games Store. Tiny Tina's Wonderlands features the journey of the Fatemaker through an extraordinary tabletop realm where rules rarely apply. Joined by an all-star celebrity cast, players can create and customize their own multiclass heroes as they loot, shoot, slash, and cast their way through outlandish monsters and treasure-filled dungeons on a quest to stop the tyrannical Dragon Lord. The chaotic fantasy world is brought to life by the utterly unpredictable Tiny Tina, who makes the rules, changes the world on the fly, and guides players on their respective journeys.

"Since we founded Gearbox in 1999, it's always been a dream of ours to create a video game in a fantasy setting. Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is the result of everyone on our team pouring their hearts and souls into making a title like that a reality - it's a love letter to anyone with a passion for role playing games or looter shooters," said Randy Pitchford, founder of the Gearbox Entertainment Company. "I hope you join us and our millions of fans around the world in experiencing this impossible culmination of years and years of pent-up creativity and passion that's finally manifested in this wild, all-new, one-of-a-kind video game, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands."

Early critics are all-in on the chaotic adventure of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. Game Informer awarded the game a 9.5 out of 10, calling it "a spellbinding hit" and "Gearbox Software's best game." COGconnected noted it's "a worthy new IP," while ComicBook.com described it as "a fantastic fantasy twist" and IGN called out the "excellent, laugh-out-loud writing."

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands introduces a series of engaging features including:
  • Chaotic Co-op with Crossplay for All Launch Platforms: While venturing solo into the Wonderlands is an experience in itself, you can also start a party with up to three friends in seamless local split-screen or online multiplayer, including crossplay support for all launch platforms. Share the spoils or rush to get the shiniest loot—how you play is up to you!
  • An Unpredictable Fantasy World: Tiny Tina is your disorderly guide through an extraordinary tabletop realm where rules rarely apply. Explore majestic cities, dank mushroom forests, foreboding fortresses, and more, all of which are connected by a vast Overworld;
  • Personalize Your Hero: Create your own hero with an expansive multiclass system that lets you mix and match six unique character skill trees, all with their own awesome abilities. Level up, refine your build, expand your arsenal, and become the ultimate Fatemaker;
  • Guns, Spells, and More: Defeat evil with devastating spells, powerful guns, and unique Action Skills in frenetic first-person battles. Use your firepower to vanquish legions of enemies, including smack-talking skeletons, land-roaming sharks, and colossal bosses;
  • A Fantastical Cast of Characters: Joining you for the experience are headstrong captain Valentine and rule-obsessed robot Frette. During your quest to defeat the Dragon Lord, you'll meet a cast of lovable misfits - like a lute-wielding Bardbarian and your very own Fairy Punchfather - who bring this colorful world to life.

With multiple editions with digital bonus content, players can select the option that is right for them:
  • Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Standard Edition is available for $59.99 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC via the Epic Games Store;
  • Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Next-Level Edition is available for $69.99 on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 and includes the base game, as well as the Dragon Lord Pack of bonus content;
  • Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Chaotic Great Edition is available for $79.99 for the Epic Games Store and $89.99 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The Chaotic Great Edition comes with the Dragon Lord Pack plus the Season Pass, which includes four (4) new post-launch content drops and the Butt Stallion Pack.

Additionally, in collaboration with Epic Games, the chaotic fantasy world of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is crossing over with Fortnite via the Diamond Pony Glider, which you can get as a limited-time bonus in Fortnite when you purchase a digital copy of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands on the Epic Games Store!****

Developed by Gearbox Software, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is rated "T for Teen" by the ESRB.

Today, 2K and Gearbox Software announced that Tiny Tina's Wonderlands ... and PC via the Epic Games Store.
When it comes to GOG, let us know..

It really does sound interesting, just bring it to GOG.

Looks like Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep was made into a full game.
I preferred it when it was a $10 DLC rather than a $60 game, but hey I can stick it on my wishlist for when it's not $60.

That's exactly what it is: a Borderlands 3 DLC repackaged as a new game and sold for a full price.

And then they will repackage it again and include Tiny Tim to make it a duette. Instead of becoming a triple A game, it will be a quadruple T game.

Idea/style wise yea its similar but it is a full game with bunch of new stuff and whatnot.
Probably has more stuff in it than BL 3 had at relase so ye it is a full game.

I'm already playing it and so far its pretty fun.:) 'Then again that comes from someone who played BL 3 for 1k+ hours:laugh:'

No official date yet other than 'later 2022'.
For reference BL 3 came out on Steam 6 months after EPIC.

After the snorefest that was Borderlands 3, Gearbox will need to do something better than beat the Borderlands dead horse once again to make me want to play one of their games. They really should've stopped after BL2 and actually tried to come up with something original.

That's only because this release is 100% forgettable, admit it.

This, 2 was the epitome of loot shooting the thing had to offer. And all this game really knows is going further over the top, you do hit some point where it just peaks and it certainly happened in 2. And even then it already suffered from repetition sickness, I mean, levelling all your shit again, watching numbers go bigger again... but in a relative sense not a whole lot changes throughout. Gotta say I honestly even enjoyed 1 more than 2 for being novel. Claptrap for example. Hilarious in 1. Cliché a whole lot in 2.

Thats entirely subjective, while I do respect your opinion its the exact opposite for me.

Imo BL 3 is the best all arounder in the serie, sure the story is meh at best but the actual gameplay is a lot better and thats what kept me borderline addicted to it.
End game builds are just really fun to play with the chaos and destruction you can cause + not even that hard to farm out after all of the changes to the game in the past years.

In my case BL 2 fell off at end game and I ditched the game after playing every DLC, heck I even played BL 1 more than BL 2 and I have more hours in BL 3 than 1+2+ pre sequel combined.

I expect the same from Wonderlands, if it does at least that then I will have my money's worth.:)

If you follow some BL communities like I do, then you would see/know that Wonderlands had arguably a higher hype than BL 3 had, exactly cause they did improve on things they failed with in 3 or only added it very late to the game when most left it and never gave it a second chance. 'BL 3 is not the same nowadays compared to relase, end game is much more balanced and easier to get into'

Ignoring the fact that it's a glorified DLC

The branding is terrible. The name is going to get anyone who doesn't know borderlands to immediately skip it.

Story and writing of BL3 was not as great as 2, but its gameplay and quality of life features have dramatically improved, and lets be honest, we play looter shooters for the loot and gameplay not the story anyway, this is why BL2 was so critically acclaimed for its story, because no body expected anything more than great loot and gameplay for it, but the story was the cheery on top

Tiny Tina wonderlands was one of the best well received DLCs of BL2, and Tiny Tina became one of the best characters for fans of the series, so they decided to make a big game about all of what the fans liked, whats wrong with that ?

People asked for BL 3 and they delivered. Don't see anything bad in continuing current IP. Did they deliver what people wanted? Only players them selfs now it. Played my self too, but stopped before I reached middle game :D

I feel you, I think we're in a similar opposite state as we were playing Outriders, if you remember? I couldn't stand the draggy end game and eternal scaling quite so easily as you :) Its really an acquired taste, for me its an acquired and then got stale taste already. I played so many scaling endgames, it starts to go samey and boring. All I see is a pretty shallow min-max situation, I jump on it, destroy the content, and move on :) Its fun while it lasts, but I can't be bothered making it last longer. By comparison, I could still fire up a min-maxey scaling game like Grim Dawn simply because it offers such a rich amount of options, but even there, after I made my poisoning build of madness, and being nearly unable to hit that peak of power with anything else, the game did lose a lot of appeal :D

Yeah I do remember, thats why I said that I do respect that opinion cause I know where you are coming from. :)
I know that I'm not the majority around here when it comes to this genre, I just love using mad end game builds and farm my ass off for it if needed and I genuinely have fun with that when its complete. 'I did the same in my old D2 days so its kinda normal for me I guess'

I know that for most ppl who just play through these type of games once maybe twice and never really get into the true end game can look at the game very differently and its a very big hit and miss for them and often consider it a bad game in the end.
Cause of the story being lackluster or whatever reasons, for me thats never the main goal and point of these games and I play them for a different reason. 'that being said Wonderland's story is already better than what BL 3 had'

To be honest BL 3 took me so much time cause they kept increasing the level cap over the years so I had to re farm all my gear on my chars so that I could keep using my builds till this day but that was fun for me so ye. 'I have 3 out of 4 chars completely solo end game capable and supposedly this is the last level cap in the game'
One could be wondering why I didn't like BL 2's end game then, well at the time when I played it it was very anti solo friendly and coming from BL 1 where I learned to farm Crawmerax on my own and not being able to do any of that in BL 2's raid bosses + had trash droprates compared ye it did not catch my fancy so to say. 'yes I know that you can do everything in BL 2 solo but that requires way too much of crap even for my taste'

That and the so called must have Slag late game and the OP level design yea that sealed the deal for me and just ignored the game after that and went back to playing an MMO instead. 'Funny enough even the developers later on admited that Slag was a bad addittion to the game's design'

I do remember that poison build of yours in GD, might even pick that up if I ever decide to make a new char cause well my BladeMaster was kind of a mixed bag.:D 'Pierce based glass cannon, at least the game runs like a charm now with the 12100F, damned single thread game huh'

Benchmark Scores What's a "benchmark"?
So, it's a game. Is it really such an unique game to be featured as a separate news story? Looks like yet another shooter aimed at adolescents with their parent's credit card. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but this really smells like a PR stunt made to pump up the search engine analytics for the publisher, so I hope TPU got paid for this.

People asked for BL 3 and they delivered. Don't see anything bad in continuing current IP. Did they deliver what people wanted? Only players them selfs now it. Played my self too, but stopped before I reached middle game :D

But much like the Pre-sequel, the complete gutting of the base 4 classes from the first two games with new game-play ideas so generic it's likely taken out of Central Casting means your last two installments have been pretty shallow.

I tried all four classes in BL3, and I gave up at exactly the same point; the crap story combined with th gutted classes means this is the second Borderlands game I will never finish (pre-sequel too)

Looks like Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep was made into a full game.
I preferred it when it was a $10 DLC rather than a $60 game, but hey I can stick it on my wishlist for when it's not $60.

Assault on Dragon Keep was actually made into a standalone title and released both on Steam and the EGS, it was paid on Steam but free-to-keep on Epic for the launch week. I downloaded it back then, it's a trimmed build of Borderlands 2, of course, adjusted so that the content is playable from level 1 onwards. It was worth the replay, imo.

I'd pick Wonderlands up, but the price is very high in my region, and when it finally comes to Steam it will likely be at 50% off just like Borderlands 3. I have such an extensive backlog right now that I'm probably going to wait :)
