To build a new lower power PC

I seldom shut down my computer which is like a small server. And just to play LOL sometimes.
Id like to find a built if it could lower the power but also be a great mobo.
Or any suggestion for other part of the PC?

When im looking mobo for u, i notice that the ECO series which msi published recently may be suit for u.
Low power to use nd can control the switch of each slot but still have basic spec.I think i will try if i need a new built

Just any intel CPU and maybe a 750Ti will do. There are plenty of good <600w high efficiency power supplies.

To be completely honest, it doesn't matter that much unless you are paying a crap ton on your electricity.
