I don't torrent, but in general, I download at about 350KB/s, and upload at around 120KB/s.

GEez, my DSL 6.0 Mbps got to 300-350 MAX, even the torrent itself has many active seeds. I also used Utorrent, and use the recommended setting from the software because I do not know how to tweak that thing. I tried once but it got worst so I went with the recommended one from the software.
