Laptop "running power" led lits is the only led that lits when runing from batery. but I don't see anything post on the screen or even a SSD activity or ssd led light blinking. when using power cable the "wall power led" lits but same no activity ssd nor screen displays anything. I did check for sure about the fan and it spins after like 2 minutes of runing.

check video too... I stopped the fan but it resumes after 5 seconds I didn't know and freaked out trying to make it spin again but it does it on itself.
these info is from the bottom of the laptop and on the photo included:
Model NO. PSK2LU-02H00D
Serial NO. ZA123164W

I looked on ebay for motherboard replacements and found similar ones but I can't confirm with them as I don't know my part number. photos include the 2 sides of the motherboard as well can someone tell me where is written? or what may be going on?

iGPU is dead. I believe it's a Radeon HD4250, and those are so bad that I'm surprised your laptop lived that long... It's been a cause of death for many-many HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, LG and ASUS laptops of that generation. :banghead:
I wouldn't waste my cash on a new motherboard. You can get a working L655D for $60-80 in decent shape. Maybe even a beefed-up config with a quad-core Phenom II and some extra RAM.

Alternatively you can part it out or sell as-is and invest into a 2nd gen or 3rd gen Lenovo Thinkpad or HP ProBook. Those are relatively old, dirt-cheap, but reliable and pack one helluva performance punch.

Over here you can generally get Elitebook 2560's for about €100, 2540 €70. Great machines.

Have you tried running it with power and no battery(as its probably not working)? In E bay google this: "TOSHIBA Satellite L655D-S5159"

But as said, your just going to be buying more junk. I know the IC'S on the back side of the CPU socket go bad, if you have a multi meter. You need to read the resistance before removing the old one's, you can look at the site "BADCAPS.com". There is a thread there with all you need to know about your lap top, again google it when you get in the site. I think its over 100 pages long, and a ton of people who have bandaged there lappies.........
Also try removing the battery then holding power button with no power cord attached, it may reset it to working.
