Nah, paying a little import tax and/or customs is fine if it's a good deal.Apparently, they do, but as we are out of the EU it would be costly. Buy Your Product(S) From the Cex Online Store They truly do take the hassle and worry out of the process of international shipping. Once they receive the package, they will notify you to see if you would like them to ship it to you in Europe, or if you would prefer to bundle a larger order. It can save you time and money in the long run!
Tho I don't know how it works for them, I bought trigger clips from ebay for 2 Dualshock3s, they came from UK and as I paid the tax on purchase, I didn't need to do anything else.
edit: what I mean, sometimes a package waits in Finland customs and I need to pay the customs before it arrives to me.
