Hi folks,
I don't think this has been covered (I searched the forum but couldn't find anything related) but apologies if it has.
I recently bought a Sapphire ATI Radeon 9550 256mb AGP graphics card and installed the bundled Trixx software.
Now, I've had the card running perfectly at 400mhz core and 250mhz memory, but I don't want it to run like that constantly (why double the speed just for Word ). So I tried using the Game Profiles in Trixx, but it doesn't seem to change the speed of the card when I load up the game! What am I doing wrong?
I've set up a game profile for GTA: San Andreas so the core is 400mhz and the mem 250mhz (I'm not sure what AA, AF, and VSync are but I've left them off). When I launch the game, the card stays at the standard 250mhz/200mhz.
Any ideas how to cure it?
Thanks.
