Camera model? Any ID on the housing or the PCB?
From what I see, and this is just an assumption, you have your power wires on the left (img #2), and on the right is a coax for video signal.
Red - VCC
Black - GND
White - Video
The copper braiding on the video cable is shield, and must be connected to GND, if you want to avoid interference on long cables.
Working voltage - no idea. Most likely 12VDC.
If you manage to start this thing up, you'll most likely need a DVR with coax inputs, or at least an old TV Tuner for PC.
Once again, these are just my assumptions, given that we don't know camera make/model/specs etc.
