Intel can invest in Malaysia, Singapore, south korea.
why Taiwan ?
Intel already add 7bil more investment in chip packaging at Malaysia after Gilsinger visit. Amd have chip packaging also at Malaysia. Malaysia have good incentive and infrastructure but too bad they don't have good talent for chip manufacturing
