I want my card to run at 250/250 when idle and 850/1050 in 3D. I don't want to mess around in the BIOS and I'm perfectly happy doing in manually. The only problem is that Rivatuner wont allow me to go that low:

Is there any other software which lets me go any lower? AMD GPU Clock tool doesn't seem to work with the newer drivers. Not sure about ATi Tray tools.

Thanks in advance :)

That's an easy fix.

Change the "MinClockLimit" value shown above to "0", and hit OK. Close Rivatuner and open it again.

Your GPU and MEMORY clocks should go down to 75MHz and 90MHz, respectively...
