Not sure did I properly tell in the title, but I see an underscored boot screen at first before I see the MSI logo. So far, I've never seen a boot sequence like this in any other computer.
Do you think it is a bios issue or hardware related problem or just a normal boot screen? Any ideas are very welcome.
As far as I know this is the most expensive mainboard of MSI at the time it was purchased.
PS: I did reset the BIOS over and over.

Thanks for your opinions.

It's normal to see in the seconds before the POST logo screen. Some boards show it, some don't. You're way overthinking this.

I have seen this before on my dads socket 775 PC when it had windows 8.1 installed. (it always ran without issues though)
I disconnected the old dvd drive and floppy drive and installed windows 10 on it, haven't seen it anymore since.

Maybe it is because you format your pc with UEFI option.

You underclock your OS too? Dang.

It's normal boot behavior. It's fine.

Full screen boot logo and/or uefi loading screen. Perfectly normal.

Has nothing to do with it, I have CSM enabled for W7, its a command prompt.

Disable the full splash screen and enable POST screen.

This is a non issue.

Still happens after uefi/legacy format. I've never experienced anything like that when I was using Asus motherboard.
Going to e*mail MSI support team to solve this problem.

Maybe it has something to do with "Fast Boot"? (which I wouldn't turn on btw.)

Also it looks like MSI has it's own fast boot, "MSI Fast Boot":

This is normal boot behavior, every single board I have ever used has this screen. When it's loading up bootable devices and searching for an operating system, that's when you get the flashing cursor.

Stop trying to fix something that isn't broken.
