Unexpected problem

Hello guys,
A couple of months ago I was playing GTA 5 and I saw screen flickered in white color and I was going to reset the computer and got a black screen and with some trouble somehow managed to use it normally, but the games not.

I tried to update, but I would always get a Black screen of death or even if I updated the windows then it would "undo changes" later because after update screen would be black. My friends tell me that my graphic is dead, but since I don't have much money at the moment, I would like to be "resurrected" somehow if at all possible :(

I tried absolutely all the methods (except the one with the oven), but so far none of them helped, suffice it to say that I have a driver from 2017 that doesn't even work properly (older games won't run normally).

My GPU: Sapphire Dual-X R9 270 OC Battlefield 4

If your board has integrated graphics, pull the GPU and run it on that, try a game, it will be slow but see if it solves the problems. If it does its your GPU
or you PSU

By googling it has recommend it to me that I need to BIOS Flash GPU, but problem is should I use "newer" version or same version I currently have which has been marked on that screenshot?

EDIT: I also didnt said that my update works on driver version from 2017
