Updating Zotac 9800 gt bios

Hi

i got some driver update problems after spending my 2 weeks to solve my porblem i heard that maybe its caused because of my gpu's bios. i made some reserch on the net but i couldnt find any bios files for zotac 9800 gt 1 gb. all of the files at here:

for 512 mb gpu cars can u help me pls

p.s: i dont know if it changes anything but i added to my graphic card freedom force cooler.

I'm tring to update my g-card but when i install another higher version my pc stucks at the startup i also updated my bios and other drivers, used Driver Sweeper even i format my computer and reinstall windows and update windows but didnt work. currently driver is 195.62 and i tried to install 197.13 , 258.96 and 260.99. all of them stuck at startup plase can u help me.

Try set PCI Frequency in bios to 100

ty i downloaded but now i got some trouble with nvflash

as u said at:

NVTurboFlash an easy way to flash your bios

i format a bootable usb using with hp usb stick format tool then i boot and write
c:\nvflash BIOS.ROM and it said there is no nvidia adapter
