For the past 8 months i have been OCONUS (deployment) and im now on my way home. I've been catching up on alot of reviews and seeing what is best. What i can not decide on is whether or not to upgrade to a 600 series card or wait until the 700 series cards are released. I currently have a EVGA GTX 570 SC running SLI, i7 2600, evga p67 FTW and corsair vengeance 16 GB. My other option for the time being was to wait it out and just buy a 3rd party cooler, slap it on the 570's and OC them even more (hopefully the 570's can handle crysis 3 and all the new games that have been released since being away). Any suggestions are appropriated. Thanks!

Your current rig at 1080p resolution is just fine/excellent. I wouldn't bother upgrading anything until the end of the year at least. You shouldn't really need to overclock your cards too much with having SLi.

I would wait. Your current rig is fine.

Word is out that the 700 series will be launched in the following months. Wait for that. On the other hand 2 GTX570 are still kicking so no reason to hurry.

Nothing really changed in just 8 months so wait.

Welcome home (I'm a Vet of Desert Storm)

Your computer is still up to the task of playing today's games on max settings. If you do get to feeling the upgrade bug, look at the GTX 780/Titan LE video card being released shortly.

upgrading this kind of rig is not worth it right now IMHO, it'll easily run basically everything you throw at it

just wait the Kepler reboot (aka 7xx renaming of 6xx) naahhh im joking just as the other said your rig is just fine for everything actual and eventualy future

(my rigs handle games pretty well in 1200p so im not upgrading, if i had a SLI of 570 instead of my 7950 i wouldnt upgrade either)

also a SLI of 570 should handle Crysis 3 ... my second rig with HD6950 2gb 8gig ram PHII X4 810 just handle it fine (not all active like my main rig but fine anyway) so if my rigs can do it, your is more than fine ...

I SLI with 560TI... And I am also wating for 700 series... My SLI setup is on pair with a 670. I believe your both 570 get a little above a 680. So not really worth it upgrading right now.
