Upgrade, should I?

I'm currently using 2x250GB WD AAKS drives in Raid0 for my OS, another 2 in raid 0 for games and apps, and an 1TB F1 spinpoint for storage.

I'm thinking of picking up a couple of 74GB raptors for my OS and 2 500GB F3 spinpoints for games and apps. Would it be worth it?

What do you think of the 64GB Kingston V+ for $125? Would that be worth it?

I'd go SSD, they're a lot faster than the velociraptors, and are less likely to fail on you (no moving parts), though you'd want more than 64Gb
