Upgrading graphics card

Hello.
I'm planning to upgrade my old Geforce GTX 8800 to ATI Radeon HD 5850. I would like to know does the ATI card work on my motherboard. After looking around DXdiag a bit, I believe this is the motherboard: MICRO-STAR INTERANTIONAL CO.,LTD MS-7376 1.0

I've never bought any computer parts before, so I don't know much about the requirements of graphic cards. I've got Windows 7 already though, so no need to remind me about that.

If it is PCI-E it will work.
