Hello, I've been thinking about upgrading my first gaming PC which I bought at the start of 2013. But I was wondering what more I would need to upgrade the graphics card from a GTX 680 to a GTX 1080 Ti Aorus.

Motherboard: MSI Z77 MPower, Socket-1155
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Processor
Graphics: Gainward GeForce GTX 680 2GB
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K SSD 240GB
PSU: Corsair TX 750W

I have installed a liquid cooling unit and I am running Windows 10. Is there anything essential I need to upgrade to run the GTX 1080 Ti? Upgrade CPU? Thank you for the help :)

Hi welcome to TPU.
Is your Cpu overcloked?
What is the main resolution you play with?
Next upgrade would be adding another 8gb of ram , you have 8gb with 1 dim or 2?

Your good to go. But if your running 1080p resolution the GTX 1080 is a huge upgrade. The GTX 1070 would be a huge upgrade No need for the Ti variant unless your going 4K or 1440 in the future. More ram would be nice also

Is the TX750 the V2?
