hi i have black usb and blue usb called usb 3 which ones i should be using for my mouse and keyboard

USB 2.0 will suffice.
3.0 is mostly used for external storage devices and WiFi USB sticks, in which case you'll see USB 3 logo on the box or the device itself.

I would use the 2 usb 2 ports next to the PS/2 port. No need to waste usb 3 on a mouse and keyboard unless they require it, but I doubt that.

yes thanks .. windows already freezed anyway lol
not sure its because of it but apparently there was no other reason so i switched back to usb 2
