USB Issues

as a last resort after you have messed with the drivers would be to pull the motherboard out and set it on the motherboard-box and run it
to eliminate the probability of a grounding fault

I'll give that a try as well. Thanks guys for all the help. Its insanely appreciated.

uh before that what happens if you unhook the front panel and just use the rear ports ?

Its the rear ports I am having the issue with.

I know but odd's are there all on the same controller so if something in the cable/front panel is shorting it will cause all manor of havoc
if you really wanted to completely eliminate drivers you could boot into like Linux and run from there for awhile

I can't think of anything but try a clear CMOS.

Still turned off sadly. Seemed to be going okay there for a while, but turned off in the end. Ah well, gonna call it a day at this point.

Talked with Gigabyte support this morning and they pretty much said either send it in or get a new one. Mines still under warranty so lucky for that. Once again thank you guys for all the help.

try looking for your usb drivers and any firmware updates Here

I had problems before on a old asus board but there was a usb firmware update and never had any problems sence.
