Got an MX Revolution through Craigslist for cheap ... but it lacks the little wireless USB receiver. Needs to be from a 810-000422 mouse (printed on the bottom).

Thanks to quique55 and antok86 for pointing out the receiver on the Logitech website, but I'm hoping to help someone on the forums out who may have a broken mouse and a spare receiver they're looking to get rid of.
