So Finally after a month i got my graphics card back and replaced for about 16$, it's an old 8400gs (1gb ddr3) memory.

So i would like to know if there's a possibility for me to use it as my Integrated Intel HD 2000 Graphics as physx processor so the game runs smoother, as from now.. nvidia doesn't allow disabling physx.. this could be one of the better option.

As Windows Xp allows two graphics card running at a time, any working trick would be helpful. :D

No you cannot use Intel HD as physx. You can only use the 8400GS due to having it build in to the GPU.

8400GS is not the strongest card of the bargin bin. Have you though about upgrading to something like a 8800GT? or 9800GT?

nVidia Control Panel software will allow you to choose software emulation for PhysX post processes....
