I think the answer is "no", but here goes: is there a utility (or more than one) that allows one to alter BIOS settings from within Windows WITHOUT restarting? For example the AISuite from ASUS requires a restart as I understand it and it can't modify the vcore. I'd be most interested in changing these two parameters specifically: FSB and vcore.

Thanks!

there are some, but the best to use are the ones made by the manufacturers themselves. i.e. Gigabyte has Easytune. Tis what I use for temp monitoring, and fan speed settings.

Still, you're better off rebooting and going into BIOS menu, and going the long way around, overclocking CPUs in Windows can be unstable through my past experience.

read this guide and see if it helps - it's relevant as Laptops have to be overclocked outside the BIOS.

great link theonetruew, but I have yet to find a util that will change the vcore.
