Tried to upload the bios of my Fujitsu-Siemens R9 255 to database.
Keeps on failing due to inavailability of the card type in dropdown.
Anyway to submit through other channels?

Screenshots?
Very likely card & its BIOS already exist in the database, thus not being able to upload it.
(This is a Dec 2013 part, so quite old. BIOS not being present in the database is not likely, I think. :) )

Of all those next screens you get starting from trying to click the BIOS button, please -- which were not included. :)

Ahh, sorry
In fact there is no R9 255 at the dropdown, starts at R9 270, so my inputs would be seen as being inconsistent, which they would be with any selection.

This is as far as I could get

You can just type the name into the field, it's dropdown + type text

Yes, upload successful 15 minutes ago.

Not visible in data base.
Does such entry take longer time or is it an upload failure?

I think it might need an explicit validation from a real person. :)
(but I could be wrong?)

I could be wrong but i thought new bios files that are uploaded go into the unverified bios section untill W1zzard can verify them?

I think we should wait for W1zzard's next comments on this. :)

In the GPU vendor dropdown select "Unverified Uploads", it should show up then. Marking as verified is a manual task that requires me to look at the BIOS, check if the info you provided is correct.

Didn't want to rush it, just verifying upload is performed successful.
Sorry if my intention wasn't expressed clear enough.

Just killing time I decided to give Win11 a shot.
See this (good) old card running on Win11:
