Can’t access fios online forums. Constantly says http 500 internal error and Verizon has no clue how to fix. Spent hrs yesterday on phone with em to no avail in various depts like web and tech and customer service and cel. They have no idea. How to gain access ?

Renew your IP address by releasing and renewing your DHCP Lease.
To release DHCP lease via the router GUI, follow the below steps on the Actiontec or FiOS Quantum Gateway:
Hopefully, this changed your IP address.

| 2 | Click Network Connections from the menu on the left. |
| 3 | Click Broadband Connection |
| 4 | Click Settings |
| 5 | Scroll down and click Release under DHCP Lease |
| 6 | Click Apply and, then click Renew |
