Hello, are vram artifacts possible without memory errors shown in hwinfo64 ? And what software would you suggest for testing vram overclock stability ? I have an rx 580 8gb pulse from sapphire.

I'm interested on what's best for testing VRAM errors these days too.
X-Ray engine games (STALKER and its Mods) 'seem' to be very sensitive to RAM OC on my RX 580.
Years back, I'd pull up the old (at that time, now ancient) ATItool. The fuzzy cube seemed to detect memory artifacts better than 3Dmark runs did. FurMark works too, but IIRC that's not recommended these days as cards can kinda cook themselves.

Testing VRAM can be tricky. Try running Final Fantasy XV Benchmark in a loop at 4K and Ultra settings.
